My issues with Snapcraft, Yours?

Hey, So a couple days ago I had a chat with Some Staff Members to run through issues with Snapcraft, I came up with some small issues/ideas. They weren't too valid so I was wondering, What is your Issues with Snapcraft and What could they do to improve?

The issue is, Everyone is scared to go to him or think their opinion/idea isn't valid. That's why I think players can say what they think is the issue.

If they're scared to talk to the owner, thats the issue thats needed to be fixed lol

I did have an issue with chunk collectors, but I found a way to bypass that, so that's good.

You are, I know you are. Players still may be worried about what you'll respond with, even Me at First. I was worried that something may happen.

We don't just disregard what someone does to get punished. Plus, those who show they deserve it do receive that. Those who continue showing disrespect, rule breaking, etc. do not.

I mean, You banned players that helped your server and were even there when the players were lower than the bots.

Breaking the rules gets you banned it is simple as that.
