[Survival] I recently cleared some land and made room for housing. one plot of land is aprox 1 sponge (21x21x21). I currently have four more open plots to choose from. I hope to create a small community with a few neighbors within seeing distance of each other. The area itself is situated in a foresty biome. I'm offering plots (with or without sponges) for 20K (20,000$). Let me know if you are interested in checking the area out! You get to claim your plot of land as your own. This essentially means anything within your boundaries are possible, as long as it is contained. If you want you can have more than one person living with you as well, we even encourage it! Housing will NOT be provided, however, protected land will be. You can have any style of housing as long as you can build it.
