I have just made an account for thr website, Iv never played Snapcraft, never heard of it.
Some sneaky mother fucker has decided to hack my bank account and used alot of my money on donating here.

If the owner or someone high up doesn't reply / doesn't help me resolve this problem i will be taking it further.

Well there is, i just need the owner so i can give him the transaction ID from the emails or someshit which will give the username which donated.
then i will handle it from there.

It would be recommended that you contact your Bank. They may be able to stop all transactions to avoid you being hacked in the Future. I would also suggest you contact an Admin/Owner by submitting a Support ticket and they MAY be able to refund the money (Not 100% its up to the Owner).
