Never Got Sponges

hi everyone. today at about 12;56 A.M bearbo_swaggins purchased 10 sponges at the webshop and
he waited 1 hour logged out of snapcraft and minecraft two times and he never got them, so i was wondering
if you could give them to him thanks! ,3devx
