New Custom Enchant?

So recently I've been enchanting a lot of tools and stuff for faction mates and I've realized there isn't too many useful pickaxe/shovel/axe enchants. I was thinking there could be an enchant called Excavate which will make a tool mine a 3x3 not just a 1x1.

Same amount as normal enchants, just more of RNG-based. I don't know if it's a plugin or not.

Basically it stands for Random Number Generator which basically means the "odds".

Seems a tad bit op though. However it would be great for mining.

With all these extra enchants we should rename 'factions' to 'OP-Factions'. I mean the custom enchants are litterally unfair.

We removed it due to it causing issues and be extremly OP

You could make it not drop items, reduces lag and OPness.

That wont reduce the possible lag seeing as the blocks still get broken 9x as fast, exact same goes for the OPness its not about getting the blocks its about clearing an area faster.
