I think people who have done wrong should be able to freely come back to the server. Show up under the account they were banned on? Nah. Players should be allowed back on new accounts. New account, new you.

That completely disregards banning your previous account in the first place, if this rule was allowed then why would we bother punishing players in the first place if we knew they could come back on a different account and possibly do the exact same thing?
