Not Gotten Ranks On Zs

So i bought VIP on Zombie survival and it told me to log in and wait 5 minutes. So I did and i haven't gotten it. So i waited awhile and kept checking it just in case and still nothing. I don't know any staff so i can't contact them. And when i bought it i forgot to switch payment to USD so i payed the EUP or something Europe. I'm not sure if that makes a difference, But I'm having doubts on it. So please help check on it or give it to me thanks.



EDIT**** CRAP , I see what I did i spelled my name wrong its my keyboard i press the keys and they don't press... in the recent donations it says BenjPitt it needs to be BenjiPitt. Please help
