People up in the trees in PVP

The following person was up in the trees and would not get down after many told him too. I took screen shots but I do not have the URL for it. This person also has a /sethome up in the trees. I would really appreciate if you would help get rid of the sethome and talk to this person about going into the trees for his advantage. Thanks a million -Wonder
