Player Shops?

Is there a guide to getting a player shop up and running? Is that even a thing on this server? I love mining, but I'd like to make a little more money than selling to the /shop.

I'm pretty shit at building myself, so I'm considering teaming/guilding up with a builder if someone's interested. I do great with todo lists and drama free. I've been playing on this server for a few weeks...and this is how I think I take it to the next level. Reply, msg me here or in game.
