Someone locked us into a nether portal where we are unable to type, /home or /spawn to get home. How do we get out?Please help....

Update: We got out. I sent my coordinates to a guildy and they got me out. Sorry for the post.

Next time you can use the snapcraft discord (www.snapcraft.net/discord) where you can contact staff and get help as soon as possible.
