Please read I have a problem with the resource pack

When I join the game It loads the resource pack up to 100% and then stops. I have to press esc to get out of it. ??? confused. I also have weapon skins and I'm in 1.9 version minecraft and they are still not loading in. When I look in my resource pack folder on the zombies server aswell, it says *Missing pack.mcmeta * please help??

1. Go on your multiplayer server list - http://prnt.sc/coiqhm
2. Click snapcraft - http://prnt.sc/coir1m
3. Then click "Edit" at the bottom - http://prntscr.com/coirm2
4. Then click "Server Resource Packs" - http://prntscr.com/coirsb
5. Change it to "Enabled" - http://prntscr.com/cois2y
6. Finally click "Done" and enjoy!

It still doesn't work and I don't know if it will help that it says missing pack.mcmeta
