Why does dealer get two plots but then one rank up, legend, gets seven plots? This just doesn't seem right because brute, two ranks below, also gets two plots?!
Or am I missing something.

I wonder if it is intentional. I mean it costs more to upgrade from elite to dealer than dealer to legend. Maarten be using big boy buisiness skills on us.

I mean it incentivises Legend a lot more as it makes it look higher value. I only need 1 plot though xD

Its like this to make people want to get rankups, Maarten made the eco on prison so that people are constantly wanting to spend money on the game, either its threw irls or there own wallet.

Actually I will make a suggestion about rethinking what rank(s) get what amount of plots. Its just not right how it is now.
