Plugins?

I'm going to make a minecraft server soon, (not saying what the IP will be for obvious reasons) and I wanted to know what plugins Snapcraft uses, for example, the titles, like [Mod], [Admin], [Helper] etc. And the ability to vanish, disguise, mute people, stuff like that. So, if someone could tell me what these plugins are, that would be VERY helpful! Thanks.

I quit the server, but not the forums. And I know that I should know these things, but I don't, so that's why I'm asking the community.

Well basically to be a OWNER, you have to know this type of stuff just saying. Can't go blind and create one and expect to know about.Do research and hope for the best. Maybe you might luck out. It's kind of like the lottery but more of a chance if you study and learn about server coding, I.E.

Lol JK Basically Snapcraft has over 200 plugins, over half of them are custom, and the biggest one is probably bukkit (which is not custom) There, thats pretty much it, design your own plugins off of bukkit and you got snapcraft (a really boring version of it) https://dl.bukkit.org/

Mainly be creative and customize. Maybe create new game-modes or maps with custom plugins with a variety of features.
