[Prison] Repair Tokens & Misclicking

Simple suggestion: can we have repair tokens be misclick proof?

I'm not meaning "oh I used it on the wrong armor/tool/weapon, qq" or something like that, but I just used a repair IV token to repair 2 white carpet :C. I feel like we could easily have a "You can't use that here!" message pop up in our chat log.

I just wanted to put my token back into its slot. I don't need a repaired carpet D:
