Problem with inviting people into faction (wont let me)

So for some reason, it's saying that "I don't have permission to invite" every time I try to invite someone into my faction. I am the leader of the faction and if I am not mistaken, there shouldn't be a problem with inviting people hahaha. Does anyone know why this possibly could be happening? Thanks!

EDIT: I figured it out! I messed around with my /f perms a little and found that you need to keep all of your truce/ally/enemy/neutral perms set to neutral!! My bad guys
