Problems With Voting

Hi, I'm under41 (my previous minecraft name), I just want to mention a little glitch on the server. Ok, I voted for snapcraft so I could use /home and /Sethome on the server parkour. I then opened minecraft, went onto snapcraft, and went onto the parkour. For some strange reason it wouldn't let me use /home and /sethome. I think that it might be because you need to have the parkour open before you vote. Any help?

As previously said, you need to be on the server (in this case parkour) to get your voting rewards while voting.
