PvP on skyblock

Ive been a consistent skyblock player for the past year and abit. The pvp use to be good on skyblock you were able to actually eat gapps and drink pots whilst in a fight, but recently ive noticed that if you are getting hit it wont allow you to eat anything/ drink anything. i think this needs to be looked into and be fixed it will make skyblock pvp much better!
