There is this guy in skyblock pvp completely Targeting everybody and non stop killing he also might be hacking but i am not sure we need a helper or admin on asap

Record and report. If you can't record you can always go from server to server and I'm positive you'll find a staff member that gladly will help you.
And instead of making a forum post, try to PM a staff thats online

Like Ashie said, if you're able to, record the person in question and upload your video to YouTube. Then create a support ticket and include your video.

Skyping someone doesn't prove that they don't hack, and staff has already handled the matter of this thread. I suggest leaving the thread.
