Question about moving building commands

Does any rank have access to moving blocks command where you use shovel to choose 2 corner of an area then move it to another place within your island? If not then can admins or owner help with moving building in exchange for in-game money?

Do you mean the world edit? As use wooden axe? Unfortunately, it not happen in skyblock, as in any ranks. That part of survival so therefore you have to do by hand.
