Question About The Creative World

I went into Creative and my plot was no where to be found. I tried typing "/plot home" but it didn't take me back to it. Is it gone forever or is there a way I can get it back? Because if it's gone forever than, I don't think I want to go back to creative again.

I think creative restarted a little while ago try /ps h. If that doesn't work rage quit like me
