Question about voting

How do some people already have 82 votes while i only have 77 I know one of the voting websites allows you to vote every 12 hours But its like their getting their votes early? I am allowed to vote at 11 pm but they already got theirs? Am i missing something here...?

Actually 2 websites have shorter times then the rest. One website has every 9 or 10 hours(cant remember) and the one u mention every 12 hours
