Hello, I am not old enough to be a builder yet, but I intend on applying when I turn 15. The only problem is that I have been banned and muted. I have been muted for 24 hours twice and banned for 6 hours once. I might have also been banned before, many years ago, but I don't remember. Is it still possible for me to become a builder? Just wondering.
