If i have VIP rank on skyblock and i want to upgrade to VIP+ do i have to pay the full price for VIP+ or do i get a discount because ive previously purchased VIP

You'll get a discount. It means it'd cost 3.50 USD to upgrade from vip to vip+.

I believe you get a discount of the amount your current rank cost, like you pay $5 you get $5 off the next rank

Prices are reduced per every rank you upgrade. Not a discount but the price of your previously purchased rank taken off from an anticipated purchase. Locking thread, as answered.
