Pending Rare crate spam

Some rare crate key spam should be removed. Many players buy a ton from /shop and open to get legendary keys on skyblock

- All spawners
- Enchant tokens
- Maybe rare rare items
- Legendary keys, rare sellwand and spawner picks can stay imo

Thoughts?

Really good idea, the chat gets flooded constantly due to how easy rare keys are to get on Skyblock. As far as legendary keys go, they're still pretty uncommon and not really an issue at all. huge +1 with this suggestion.

Yeah, would have no problem with this being a server wide change. Sometimes the crate spam can get a bit much for "common" rare items.
