Regain and Silk Touch?

If I made a diamond pick with the regain and silk touch enchants on it, would that allow me to just regain durability over and over?

I went into factions and it did not let me do /enchant. I doubt that something like regain and silk touch enchants would regain durability over and over again. If so, it wouldn't be that much. It would just last longer than you think.

There are enchant restrictions like in skyblock can't add wither enchant with poison might be the same in factions.
