Things like IRL scamming, from one server to a different server scamming, auction house scamming aren’t allowed, including prison and factions. Having a staff as middleman makes it harder to scam cause staff aren’t allowed to be involved in scams.

Scamming is allowed on factions, aside from IRL scamming.
