Selling /warp 9shop

Hello everyone. A friend and I are building a massive warp, and I will no longer need /warp 9shop. 9shop has 5 iron golem spawners, 7 blaze spawners, 2 creeper spawners, 3 witch spawners, 2 cave spider spawners, 4 skeleton spawners, and 5 zombie spawners. I am only selling with all spawners included, but not selling with sponges included. There is a large collection room under the IGS for any iron that players don't get, 6 beacons for all max effects, an arena, a pool, and cow grinder all part of the large base that comes with the warp. Willing to negotiate price, but want to start at 15 million.
