I am getting very frustrated in factions and i was wondering if i could get a refund for server credit so i can spend it on other stuff on the server. if i can i really would appreciate it

Unfortunately no, if you bought like a rank or something with real money you can't get it refunded.

By purchasing a rank from the web store you agree to the terms of service that the rank and perks can change at any time or notice, if the server goes down and you don't get your rank, or if something goes on with your internet and it lashes out while you buy it, there are no refunds. After you make a transaction, it stays, no refunds or trades. But if you're having other problems that aren't relating to refunds/trades, contact [email protected].

Bottom line is, after you purchase a rank, there are no refunds. Trades aren't allowed either since you have already used the perks of the rank.
