Server Error - Lost 21 Sponges

Hey guys,

Yesterday I bought 30 sponges off the Snapstore, and Nesto813 and I worked at reshaping a new area where I am building a brand new city. I laid down a few sponges at first, then the rest maybe 30-45 minutes later. Nesto and I reshaped the land, and I laid down all 30 sponges - I know there were server issues yesterday I just wanted to bring this to the attention of staff. Upon redesigning and laying the sponges we were disconnected again and upon relogging the entire area we had reshaped was back to how it was originally prior to us constructing on it and to make matters even worse 21 sponges had disappeared completely and I had to waste a ton of Snapcoins rebuying whatever I could to designate the ground that we had just shaped mine.

Any chance I could just get those refunded, please?

Provide proof of the incident, because without proof there's no knowing if this actually happened to you. Proof is needed just to make sure that staff doesn't give you free stuff. The best thing to do is to probably email the receipt of your purchase to [email protected]

I always pay via Paypal so there would of course be a given record of all transactions onto there, and I can always dispute it, but out of respect for the owners of the servers I would prefer to go a proper route that is less stressful for them. Either way I'll take your advice and send an email in to support.

Message this email [email protected] Since it's a webshop buy, you should be good to report it to the owners (a lack of evidence will make it harder to confirm that this really happened, though)
