Killing becomes an issue when players are lured into it. For example, someone says 'Teleport to me for a free sword,' someone else sends a teleport and once it's accepted they get killed - that is known as tp killing/luring and isn't allowed.

If a random person sends you a teleport request out of the blue and you accept it and kill them, no luring involved, then there's probably nothing staff would really do about that.

Also base camping around someone's base, killing them/refusing to leave could result in being banned too.

Overall though, I'd personally avoid killing people unless it's in /warp end - survival should be a more peaceful gamemode and players getting annoyed about losing loot because of this, that and the other isn't ideal.
