Shaders Are Messed Up!

Hello guys its miles and... my shaders are MESSED UP I just got a new computer but when i switch shaders.. its just the internal look... ive re-installed the mod on my old comp. but it still doesnt work. Well it does on my old one but not on my new one Got any help? thanks ~Miles

Hey guys i couldnt help Miles so far. The problem is that his shaders just dont work.
He also has some sort of weird block glitch where grass blocks look like fences. If you know how to fix this PM miles.
