This may seem selfish, but is there anyway to have creeper block damage turned off, at least for skyblocks or something?

To be honest, there really is no point to there being creeper block damage in the first place. Its just like how TNT block damage is turned off, its more of a nuisance than anything coming back to skyblock and seeing your island blown up by some jerk. Especially those islands of which provide a public means of grinding where people will flint and steel creepers to purposely damage an island and temporarily incapacitate the grinder. Players which do not own an island, should not be able to modify or damage another island if it is not by the creators will (this excludes pressure plates, killing mobs etc and given that the owner is not a completely carefree idiot) and having a build which u have spend your time on, only to be destroyed or damaged by an ass is very unfair.
So yeah, feel free to discuss or argue against my point, but I'm sure that if creeper griefing is turned off, much of the community, not only in skyblock, would highly appreciate it.
May i also add that, yes, there is a no grief and creeper damage option on the island settings for skyblock, but against contrary belief, it does not work properly and the island owner does not have to be online for creepers to damage blocks. I have personally experienced griefers on my island countless times, almost all of which have occurred when i was not online and by people who are not added on my island.
