This is my current island map.
I create an entire City to explore with hotels, houses, public library, Ice cream Shop, Mc Donalds, a pub, a gas station, a tennis court, cake shop, a Police Station, and a huge Shopping Centre with the largest Banner Shop, an Italian Fast Food, a clo thes shop, weapon store, a Lounge Bar, a Jewelry, and a floor dedicated to Artifacts and Spawners.
I have also some vehicles around the island: an overhead train, a subway, a bus, an helicopter, an police car, and an Airplane.
I also have skeleton, creeper and blaze grinder, and a Cactus, Eggs, Wool and Mutton Profit Shops.

It took me more than 3 months, but I have still a lot of space to build (it's only one layer).
I'm also planning to build a PVP area in my Nether.
