Skyblock Warp Signs

A friend and I want to put a warp sign on our island (on Skyblock) but neither of us can figure out how to do it.. I know there's a program that lets you add color text, do we need to use that in order to make the warp sign? If not, how do we add the color to make it?

You don't need any special format... just place a sign and type:
1st line of your sign: [Welcome]
2nd line of your sign: Your custom msg/warp name
3rd and 4th line of sign: Optional

If you type correctly, it will auto turn into a warp sign, the [Welcome] will turn green.. so you know you did it right.

Oh okay thank you a ton ^^ We've been trying to add the coding for lime green in front so that might be why it wasn't working
