Staff Appreciation In Question

I've been reading a lot of threads recently and I've noticed that many people (most people aren't) are really starting to flare or flame at staff for almost no reason other than get something their mad about or upset about off their chest. Now although sometimes questioning authority is ok but i haven't noticed any wrong doing by the staff specifically Aaron. I know this isn't a big problem around much of the server but everyone knows at least 2 or 3 thread were there has been rather intense conservation. I'm just saying that all tho the staff isn't perfect, they work their butt of to get it done and what do they get by a select few people... disrespect.


(I'm not saying the staff is perfect or everyone is a idiot im just saying to the people who flame need to respect the staff a bit more)
