I was recently muted for inappropriate chat content. (I accept this as I was disobeying the rules.)
However, my brother GamingHyena questioned cc_green stating I was muted but I had an inquiry. (I'll get to that in a second.) And she neglected it completely. A player in the chat greeted her, and she responded immediately, so she wasn't typing or anything as could have been the case. I'm pretty sure the job of the Helper is to HELP people, but apparently not according to this helper. My brother then argued that I would post a thread regarding this behavior, but yet again she continued to ignore me.
I simply wanted to know if there were any current discounts on the store because I recently had some extra cash laying around and relaxing on the KitPvP server is basically routine for me on Snapcraft. (I'm now starting to rethink this after this little incident.)
I don't believe cc_green was trying to purposely ignore my brother, but I still think it's kind of silly that I even had to make this thread in the first place. I hope you can resolve this issue with your fellow Snapcraft colleagues and improve in this matter.
