Staff Ignorance

I was recently muted for inappropriate chat content. (I accept this as I was disobeying the rules.)
However, my brother GamingHyena questioned cc_green stating I was muted but I had an inquiry. (I'll get to that in a second.) And she neglected it completely. A player in the chat greeted her, and she responded immediately, so she wasn't typing or anything as could have been the case. I'm pretty sure the job of the Helper is to HELP people, but apparently not according to this helper. My brother then argued that I would post a thread regarding this behavior, but yet again she continued to ignore me.

I simply wanted to know if there were any current discounts on the store because I recently had some extra cash laying around and relaxing on the KitPvP server is basically routine for me on Snapcraft. (I'm now starting to rethink this after this little incident.)

I don't believe cc_green was trying to purposely ignore my brother, but I still think it's kind of silly that I even had to make this thread in the first place. I hope you can resolve this issue with your fellow Snapcraft colleagues and improve in this matter.

To be fair nonrank chat is hard to see, and cc was probably recording or pvping, as I was just on and saw her in the warzone. Try to pm her or ask public chat with a question like that because most likely they will be able to answer. Also use the shoutbox instead of making a thread for a simple question like this in the future it is easier, and if you really want to go far type /who and look for another staff member who isnt busy.

Remember people does get busy. Sometimes people text to her same times so maybe cc not get your message because of other message sent to her. Will easier if you do PM to her because it will more easier notice because color with more comments bold.

But just be patience.

Somebody said hi to her afterwards (a couple seconds) and she responded immediately. We inquired her twice and yet no response. I believe a primary Job of the helper is to monitor the chat and answer questions.

Staff members don't have to reply to peoples questions, if she doesn't have time you will have to ask someone else.
It's not like staff members get paid for what they do..... so don't get angry if they don't respond.
As stated before, PM a staff member on the forums or in-game, they will see your question easier that way.

We also do have a life outside of the computer. There's some comments we see, and some that we don't and that's something we cannot do anything about. If there's any questions you want answered feel free to message me on here and in-game, or do /list and see where staff is and PM them.

I understand you feel like you were ignored and I totally understand your predicament! But staff don't always have to answer questions or inquiries about punishments. The purpose of being muted is to prohibit you from speaking because your behavior or speech was too inappropriate for chat.

Next time you have an inquiry and are muted, post it here on the forums, or just wait till your mute expires. Lastly, often staff can get heat from players when we execute a punishment. So I can understand why she ignored it if she saw it in chat. Next time you have an inquiry, do as my colleague Ashie suggested, or post directly in the forum. If you have any questions, you can directly PM me or any other staff member here. Thank you!

Locking to prevent further argument. If you see a staff member in game and you ask a question yet don't receive a response, try to message them again, or alternatively, find another staff member and ask them.

As to your question, as stated above we have a 55% discount currently on. If you have any further questions, please make a new thread or start a conversation with one of us here on the forums.
