Survival Quest Problem

Hey I've got a problem with the elenor quest I've done part 1&2 and it won't let me start part 3 it says I need to have done 1&2 when I already have.

Has anyone got any suggestions

I've had that problem happen to me a few times before. I've also had quests need materials, but it refuses to take a few so I log out and back in, and it says I need a different item. For example: I need 10 wheat, 40 raw beef, and 10 pork. I have all of them, but the person won't take the pork. I log out and back in, and they suddenly need more beef instead.

At this point in Harris' problem, I wait it out and go back to the person you want to help later. Haven't heard of any other fixes.
