Survival Survival reset suggestions

Hello, the survival reset is decent but there are a few things that would improve it
- Enable global pvp
- Create an end portal at spawn because the only 1 in the world is blocked up
- Remove the anvil plugins because they do not work correctly
- chest shops
- bring back /trade plugin
Another big one is please make the server 1.8 pvp. New pvp sucks and it completely removes the PVP aspect so if it is possible and agreed on by others you should make it the old pvp.
