Tech Question (Cheating)

I keep a copy of world edit for use in my singleplayer Minecraft play. I am wondering if I keep it in my mods folder will Snapcraft systems pick it up as a cheat? I don't use it to play Snapcraft but I wonder if its just in there, can snapcraft interpret it as a cheat program? I am curious.
Please note, only leave a reply if you know exactly how this works and you are sure your answer is correct.
For now, I am moving the file when I play Snapcraft.

World edit mods for singleplayer worlds stay with singleplayer worlds. They do not travel onto the server.
With that being said, we do have worldedit on Creative but you need a rank.

Thank you for your help. I will keep the file in my mods folder. It sure beats moving it all the time.
