The Server Needs and Anti cheat that works

For so long hackers have ruined the server's experience through pvp, building, and overall ruining game play for everyone. I have tried to record many hackers but staff don't find much which is why we need an anti cheat. In factions and survival people have been using x-ray which ruins the economy just like duplicating and glitching does and also on factions you get raided by x-rayers. With an anti cheat less people will quit, more people will have fun, and the server will be a better place.

If something could indeed be done to better stop people like this, I fully support it then. It could help clear up some of the people who sit and fight over who is hacking and not that happens every single night, not to mention the people who are never caught.

This truly should be added, and all around would improve the server, and make people on the server happier.

With regards to the X-Ray "anti-cheat", there are some plugins that spawn a bunch of fake ores to mess with x-rayers. However, most are buggy. Also, we might have to reset survival or factions if this was to be added. This is because most of the anti-xraying plugins work with the world generation. However, we could look into this when a reset is planned.
Another thing to keep in mind is that Mods and really most of the Staff team can catch x-rayers. Just message a staff to check the player(s) out.

I agree this should be added. I support anticheat 100% for being on snapcraft. I get it shouldn't be on pvp servers, and it is controversial, but for a faction server like this, definately add it.

I agree with you Legitmon i've even seen some hackers my self useing there hack clients on ZombieV useing them in front of lowe experienced players who are new to ZombieV and I have even asked them to turn off the hack client him or her is useing and i would tell them several times i will get staff cause i have done it several times i've even told you but just about the rude and disrespectful and inapporpreite players on parkour

And when i do apply for Helper this summer when i turn 15 and i get the job i would help out with the player problems with the disrespectful , inappropriate, rude, hackers and etc.

Well, I just think they don't have it because they enjoy banning hackers xD. I can be wrong but still. i agree with you it does suck with all the hackers And they do pretty much ruin it all. But i think people wouldn't quit because of the hackers. I've never in the time i've been playing snapcraft heard of someone quitting because of hackers. Yeah sure there probably is but really? I wouldn't just quit because of some idiot. I would try to get evidence it was hacks then report it or just make a new place or something (depends on what game). Because leaving like that is just quite wimpy and just shows you're "Weak" to the hacker so they then probably would think more people would just LEAVE if they ruin their place. Since most hackers goals are to get people worked up and leave the server.
