Added There Should Be A Way To Toggle Chestshop Notificiations

as someone with a large chestshop on prison the struggle is real trying to read chat or messages at anytime when my chat is constantly flooded with sell notifications, i think there should be some kind of /chestshop toggle command to turn off the notifications you get when people sell / buy to make this easier
