Vip Glitch?

i bought vip rank and it acknowledges my having it and i can get the kits but i can't buy the vip armour from the coin chest. (lucky block brawls) can i have staff come check it out?

It can take sometime to apply fully(Normally a rejoin per arena fixes it)
