Vip Problems

I recently bought VIP in the parkour server and haven't received it yet. I think I know why it hasn't come but I want someone to tell me if I'm right, I think it hasn't come because I bought it when my username was WhyyUMadBro but then later switched the username to _GlacieR_. If anyone could tell me if that's right or wrong, that would be great.
