Today i voted for the server but i didnt get my rewards

I'm pretty sure staff are aware about this but did you type your name in right? Is this the first time it's happened to you? If not how many times has it happened? And the voting is case sensitive which means you type your name exactly how it is so for example a person' sis AdAk1Ae and they type adak1ae it won't work.
