Whenever i vote either on parkour or survival it says i get my rewards but i never get them

It's because your IGN is bosscrafter321 not "BossCrafter123." The problem was that you spelled it incorrectly and it's case sensitive.

You need to type in your mc username exactly how it is. All capitalizations and every kind of punctuation must be entered.
