This is just a question, but I'm curious as to how I can make things such as the Mike's sword of GM or the funky chest.

Well that's actually a plugin that the server has (I think) but I'm not sure if a normal player could make those..

There are actually many items scattered around Creative with enchantments like that. Most of them are also created by Achiyo60. I am not aware of when these were created, but I'm thinking that either Achiyo60 is or was a staff member or maybe a long time ago some players just had permission to do this. I don't know which, but these OP items have actually been around Creative for a while.

It's not a plugin, I don't know who made that story up, but saying that it is, means you're clueless about it.
This is done by using a client side modification that is not allowed, users creating the items are likely to receive bans.
