What are staff for here?

Do the staff like ignore anything posted on the forums? lol. Most servers get to support tickets in an hour or two. Ive seen at least 15 different staff get on the forums throught a 24 hour period, to ignore everything lol. @Maarten, if you're gonna hire staff, make sure they do the job lmfao

Not all staff deal with appeals, maybe don't get banned We get to most tickets within an hour but appeals take longer since they are left open for me or one of the admins to deal with.

If I came off as rude I apologize, i just was getting annoyed at all the staff members getting on & nothing getting done, now I realize that not all staff deal with appeals, sorry for the confusion. You can lock this thread now
