So i was Roaming around creative and i came along this.I saw it move and i had to take a screenshot.If you dont see it then it is in the right corner.I just wanted to know what it was.

That's just chunks loading in. It doesn't happen often, but it's more likely to occur on servers, especially if you have a poor connection.
