16.50 million money? Gems? What currency are you talking about. Also, spending your money on the server you play on the most is the most wise choice available.

Get a rank on the server you always play on, and if you have some money left over, then you should buy some keys.

Really depends on what server you play on, like the others above me have suggested it is probably a good idea to buy a rank on the server you play the most. Generally though I'd say steer right clear of crates, crates are never a good idea. Unless it's the start of the map.

man it definitely depends on what u want! i have the highest rank on factions but it is on a discount! so i bought it! but still only use it on something u love!
