Why am I Muted On KitPvP?!?!?!?!?

My username is ChuggleJuggle and im a paladin on kitpvp i been playing for about a year and my brothers account is Zombaz and he is muted so i log on to see and I got perm muted for logging on it and Thats not fair because i was invading nothing and i have spent my money on this server so yeah can i get a unmute please because thats not my alt its my brothers

and Legitmon the mod muted that account forever ago so I dont know why its a big deal now
